  I always love their food but this place has horrible customer service. This is the third time I've placed an order over the phone an hour ahead of schedule. I am told the order will be ready in 20 - 30 minutes. I show up 10 to 15 minutes after my pickup time in which I am forced to wait another 15 minutes just to pay for my food before I walk out the door with it. They always have one person working the counter every visit. This was the last time I go here. Like I said, great food but horrible customer service. Get proper staffing and procedures before you do any further business BWW...

  Service was really disappointing. My sister wanted her wings man. Her wings!!!! 2 other tables were served after us during that hour and a half. One hour and a half. Complete trash. Plus my tenders were disgusting. I can not believe we had to wait over an hour just for 5 wings and four chicken tenders.

  The service was absolutely terrible. The host seemed clueless as to how long wait times are. Of course, he was hardly a host as he was constantly disappearing leaving many guests unhelped. We had 5 different waiters, none of which came to refill our drinks or check on us. We had a party of 7, but apparently there was no possible seating to comfortably seat any groups over 6. We were crammed into a booth where one person was only partly on the bench. And yes, someone was sitting in a chair at the end.
